In some applications it is more practical to run power requirements from a battery system, itself powered by a diesel generator generator.

YorPower can design such a system, as well as supply and install it. The basic idea is that the generator only operates at certain times or when the battery system diminishes to a certain level.

This approach is ideal for "off-grid" applications where electricity demand is relatively low and limited. For example, remote second homes, lodges etc.
